Standard Profile Bar Stock

Aluminum bar, tube, channel, and profile bar are the base material forms used for machining, structural framing, and fabricated assemblies across construction, industrial equipment, transportation, and retail fixture manufacturing. Solid bar (flat, round, square, hex) is the right choice when a part gets machined, drilled, or load-bearing through its solid cross-section. Hollow tube (round, square, hex) is the right choice when strength-to-weight ratio matters more than a solid section, as in railing and lightweight framing. Channel and profile shapes (U, J, H, angle, T, Z) are the right choice for joining panels, capturing edges, and bracing corners — jobs a plain bar or tube can't do on its own.
