Square Tubes

Aluminum square tube is hollow stock with a square cross-section, used for structural framing and fixture assemblies that need both flat mounting surfaces and a lightweight profile. Stocked in 6063-T5 alloy, mill finish, in standard 4 ft, 6 ft, 8 ft, and 12 ft lengths. The flat faces make it easier to bolt, weld, or clamp to than round tube, while still cutting weight versus a solid square bar of the same footprint. Sizes run from 1/2" to 1" square with a consistent 1/16" wall thickness.
