Panel Cleat® XL Aluminum French Cleat Bracket – Panel Rail & Z-Clips – 6063-T5 Product Information

The XL Panel Cleat® is an extra-large aluminum French cleat for oversized wall panels and heavy architectural elements. A 2-3/8" height, 5/32" wall and 3/4" engagement give a broad, rigid hold across long, heavy spans.

Run the continuous Panel Rail along the full panel width or use precut 2.5" Z-Clips for spot mounting. Rail and clips share one interlocking profile, so both work on the same install. Fasten one piece to the wall and its mate to the panel, then drop the panel into place. Allow 3/4" of clearance above the panel to remove it.

The 3/8" offset leaves room behind the panel to clear uneven substrates, furring or panel backers. Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum in a mill finish.
