J Molding
Aluminum J molding is a J-shaped profile used to cap and finish panel edges in siding, trim, and cabinetry installation, forming a channel that captures and retains the panel edge from one side. Stocked in 6063-T5 alloy, in mill finish, clear anodized, or black anodized, across standard 4 ft, 6 ft, 8 ft, and 12 ft lengths, with multiple leg depths available to match panel thickness. It's a common finishing detail at the perimeter of a panel run, wherever the opposite edge is already secured by another trim or fastening method, and depth options are stocked to fit a range of panel thicknesses.
