Hex Bars

Aluminum hex bar is solid stock with a hexagonal cross-section, used mainly in machining and fastener production where an across-flats grip surface is needed for wrenches or tooling. Stocked in 6061-T6 alloy, mill finish, in standard 4 ft, 6 ft, 8 ft, and 12 ft lengths, in inch across-flats sizes from 1/8" to 1" and metric sizes of 6mm and 10mm, matching common fastener and tooling standards. Cut-to-length service is available for shops that only need a handful of blanks rather than a full bar.
