About Action Youth America
Action Youth America (AYA) is an after-school program designed to support students and families by offering a safe, engaging environment beyond the classroom.
Their programs provide:
- Supervised after-school care
- Homework assistance and academic support
- Structured activities and enrichment programs
- Field trips and recreational opportunities
- Youth sports and physical development
AYA plays a critical role in helping working parents ensure their children are supported, safe, and continuing to grow outside of school hours.
Why This Organization Was Chosen
This initiative was submitted by our Purchasing Manager, Vanessa Aguilar, whose experience reflects the real impact programs like AYA provide.
“I chose this charity because this program has helped me out as a working 8–5 parent.
AYA is a district-offered program for kids to go to after school. They help with homework, have planned activities, field trips, and even offer sports.
This has helped me a lot—because without the after-school program, I would not have someone to care for my kids after school.”
