Friction Grip Framing, also known as a press-fit framing system, removes the need for fasteners or fittings because friction holds everything in place! This makes for a boltless framing system that is both lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
Single channel aluminum tubing is ideal for creating sectional frames and is widely used in awnings and construction. Opposing double channels are used similarly, but have other, more versatile applications.
We carry a variety of slot press fit tubing options for a modular framing solution that can be arranged in various configurations. Our selection includes:

Assembly is a breeze–simply press the accessories into the tube and set in place with a rubber mallet.
- Tubes are 1" square, 0.050" thick
- Flange is 0.1" Thick x 5/8" High and runs the length of the tube.
