Stair Nose Tread

A stair nosing profile installed on the leading edge of a stair tread to protect the edge and improve footing where flooring meets the step edge. Stocked in 6063-T5 alloy, clear anodized or black anodized finish, sized to fit a 3/4" tread, in 4 ft and 8 ft lengths — a shorter length run than most trim profiles, sized to match standard stair tread widths rather than continuous wall runs. The nosing profile projects slightly over the tread edge to give a visual and physical cue where the step drops off.
