At Orange Aluminum, we work to provide competitive pricing across our aluminum products while maintaining the product quality, availability, and service our customers expect. If you find a lower advertised price on a comparable product from another supplier, we welcome the opportunity to review it.
Price Match Eligibility
To be considered for a price match:
- The competing product must be substantially equivalent to the Orange Aluminum product being quoted or purchased, including applicable alloy, temper, dimensions, length, finish, and other product specifications.
- The competitor's product must be currently available for purchase and in stock at the time of review.
- Pricing must be publicly advertised or supported by a current written quote from an established U.S.-based supplier.
- The requested quantity must be comparable to the quantity used to determine the competitor's price.
- The competitor's price must be current and verifiable by Orange Aluminum.
- Applicable shipping, handling, processing, cutting, packaging, and other charges may be included when comparing the total price of the two offers.
Exclusions
Price matching does not apply to:
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation, discontinued, or damaged products
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Auction or marketplace listings
- Membership, subscription, or employee-only pricing
- Promotional offers that require coupons, rebates, gift cards, or other incentives
- Competitor pricing that cannot be independently verified
- Custom-manufactured products or products that are not reasonably comparable to an Orange Aluminum offering
- Previously completed purchases
How to Request a Price Match
Submit a Price Match Request with a link to the Orange Aluminum product and the competing product or provide a current competitor quote. Please include the requested quantity and any relevant product specifications.
Our team will review the request and may contact you if additional information is required.
Review & Approval
Price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Orange Aluminum reserves the right to determine whether products and offers are sufficiently comparable and whether a request qualifies for a price match.
Approved price matches may be limited to the quantity submitted with the request and are valid only for the period specified by Orange Aluminum.
Orange Aluminum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy at any time and to decline a price match when appropriate.
