These bits were specially designed for our slatwall inserts, and meet all the industry standards for height and depth for use with retail slatwall hanging hardware.

Router Bits

• Application – Routing Slots into ¾”+ Thick Solid wood, mdf, or plywood panels
• Available bits correspond to Round & Angled Inserts
• For use in table mounted routers or cnc routers only
• CNC recommended speed/feed: Manufacturer recommends 60”/Minute at 14,000 RPM, Maximum 18,000 RPM
• Recommend that relief cut is performed at desired slot spacing before routing

 Inserts

• Application – Reinforce Slots for added durability & Longevity, protects exposed wood edges from hooks, baskets, & other hanging accessories.
• Available in mill (unfinished) aluminum or black anodized aluminum
• Custom Finishing services are available – contact sales team
• Installation by hand or with plastic/wood mallet. Recommend flexing the slatwall panel when pushing the inserts for easy installation.
